How to Obtain[]
Fusion: Pirate Relic 1 + Pirate Relic 2 + Pirate Relic 3 + Pirate Relic 4 + Fusion Stone = Blacks Pirate's Hat
As of version R3.34;
Pirate Relic 1: Found near waterfalls directly East of Pirate Town, and East of Water Temple entrance.
Pirate Relic 2: To the South of Black Citadel.
Pirate Relic 3: South-East of the Ancient Library. Near obelisk with Golden Boots.
Pirate Relic 4: To the West of Ramoria Graveyard, found near a Giant Ship. Take the river leading inland form the East side of the Map; between Northern Mountains and Dragon Land.
OR
Use Thievery to steal the Pirate Hat from a boat with guards, hatches, & a safe
Hide in a barrel here and you get transported into a ship where you have to use thievery to navigate past guards
To start off you need 10 rope to go in and out of the columns and distract guards to reach the stairs.

Now go to the golden lock to get the hat. Remember to distract/sleep Elite Guard (red square) because he can see even invisible units.
