How to obtain[]
First you need a Level 45 Hunting skill, then Find 1 Baby tiger shark and 5 Amanita Brenellia to craft the desired item.
After this Check your Hero skills ----> Hunting ----> Alchemy ----> Alchemy: Potions of Mana (click this whenever you got all the required items.)
Alchemy has been removed from Hero Skills as of ver. 6.00 as it is not supposed to be there and it doesn't work, so use Alchemy from your bagpack instead.
